Name here is John. Been boating in central Texas since 1991. Spent most of my time on Travis, Georgetown and Lake Austin. Started with a 76 Carlson. Moved up to a 23ft Chapparal around 1995 and last year moved up to my current boat, a 29' Fountain with twin full roller 468's. I've always done my own maint on my vehicles and it's been a steep learning curve with the current boat, but once I hear those big V8's fire up, it's all worth it.
