After talking with Capt. I'd like to make an offer to to the board. If you guys need something fabricated, built, modified or just plan changed because you don't like it. I'll offer my machining and welding skills to y'all. I make this offer because let's face it these boats are expencive to work on...

Thanks Capt. Colors weren't my choice, but it has grown on me. It's definitely an attention getter, everywhere I go people asking questions and taking pics.

I realize this is an old thread but I thought I'd add what I am doing in the flapper dept. Maybe it will help someone down the road. I took a 3" piece of exhaust pipe marked and drilled holes for the pin. Mounted the flapper and put a little tack weld on each side of the pin. It's in its own section...

What do you know it worked! Thanks for the direction Capt.
That pic really doesn't do it justice. Removed the factory swim deck hence the exhaust rebuild.
